Thank you for your interest in Putt-Putt. If you have read all of the information we have provided on our franchising program and have a strong desire to become a franchisee, here is the process you need to follow:

Step 1.  Complete the “Franchise Candidate Information Request Form” provided below and submit your information and any questions for our review.

Step 2.  After reviewing your information we will contact you for a phone conference.

Step 3.  After the phone conference, if you and Putt-Putt both feel that moving forward is appropriate, then you, and everyone in your investor group, will need to complete an Application for Exclusive License and we will provide you with our FDD document. You will need to send one $500 processing fee with your application or the applications for your investor group. This fee is to cover some of the expenses our team will incur in conducting background checks, credit checks and reviewing your proposed market and location. If you are awarded a franchise, this $500 will be deducted from your franchise fee.

Step 4.  Once the Application(s) for Exclusive License and $500 processing fee are received and reviewed, we will make a final determination if moving forward with personal interviews, territory discussions and the other actions necessary for you to become a Putt-Putt franchisee is appropriate.

If you have completed the Franchise Candidate Information Request form below and discussed your interest with Putt-Putt, your next step is to complete the Application for Exclusive License and mail it with your $500 nonrefundable processing fee to:

DO NOT complete the Application for Exclusive License unless you have been instructed to do so by Putt-Putt.

Completion of the Application for Exclusive License does not obligate you to become a franchisee, but we need this information to determine if moving forward with the process is appropriate. If you are awarded a franchise, the $500 processing fee will be deducted from your franchise fee.
